Service Options
Our base rate is $200/hr, but we recommend the discounted packages below for better value.
At NRG, we believe in providing effective and affordable service. Because of this, our rates start at a very competitive $200 per hour. We want solutions, not to bankrupt our clients. Plus, not matter if you are using a service plan or paying hourly, we only require a minimum 4-hour commitment. When split between two parties, this represents a minimum investment that could save thousands in the future.
We recognize that no Union and Company relationship is the same. Each relationship has its own strengths and weaknesses. For this reason, we are committed to building plans that work best for our clients. No matter where you are, and no matter what your level of need is, we can find/create a plan that works for you.
Plans do not include travel costs or per diem.
All of our service plans are good for 1 year and can be renewed prior to expiration if needed.
Plans do not include NRG Exclusive services like Binding Mediation, Immediate Arbitration.

One of the best features of our service options are that each party, no matter the size, can select their own individual plan that best fits their needs.
For example, a large Local Union with multiple locations would benefit from a advanced service plan. But one of the companies they work with is smaller and only needs a basic plan or a simple by the hour agreement. Each is free to choose a plan that best fits them, and we would track and split the hours of service based on how the parties agree
On top of that, each plan can be used at multiple locations. Relieving our clients, Union or Company, from having to buy plans at different facilities and allowing them to save money.
