With Immediate Arbitration, we will provide the parties with a 3 person panel made up of one mediator, one former management side employee, and one former union representative. After the parties have presented their cases, our panel will retire to draft a short written decision. Gone is the need for briefs, rebuttals, and waiting 60 days for a response. In fact, if the parties schedules allow, we promise to complete the process in 30 days or less. No more waiting 6 months to a year to get an arbitration decision.
