Do I need a Mediator?
Our mediators saved the American Economy million dollars last year. This doesn't account for cost to clients who avoided arbitration costs, lost wages, and lost efficiency due to workplace conflict. We are passionate about helping in any way we can. Contact a mediator and they will honestly assess your needs.
What about bias/neutrality?
Fair, unbiased, neutral service is the single most important characteristic of our work. Our professionals will provide ground rules for each parties that will define not only their behavior but the Mediators as well.
Why can't I just call FMCS?
Feel free to contact FMCS. We truly hope they can help you as we are not intending to compete with what they are able to offer. We are confident our expert mediators will provide fast, effective, meaningful results that will make us your first call. Plus, we offer more services than they do, like public sector cases, binding solutions, written decisions, and better service.
What about my contract LAnguage?
We’ve got you covered. We suggest speaking with your legal counsel, but we will work with you to draft MOU/MOA to include NRG as a mediation option. Better yet, if you are negotiating, we will help the parties work together to include us then.
